Nomination Form

College of Forestry

Each year, the College of Forestry academic departments honor outstanding seniors who exemplify excellence in their respective programs and, if applicable, across multiple campuses. Departments are encouraged to engage in a collaborative selection process and may determine their own criteria for nomination (e.g., academic achievement, leadership, involvement, professional development, etc.).

Award recipients will be recognized at the Commencement Dinner and will receive a $100 award applied to their student account.

Please use this form to submit one nominee per program/major as outlined below. Submit one form per nominee.

FERM: Forestry, Forest Engineering, Forest/Civil Engineering
FES: NR Corvallis, NR Cascades, NR Ecampus, TRAL Corvallis, TRAL Cascades
WSE: WINS

If an Outstanding Senior nominee is also selected for the Dunn or Bowerman award, it is recommended to have an alternate nominee for that program. (Example: If the NR-Cascades Outstanding Senior is chosen for the Bowerman Leadership Award, the second-ranked NR-Cascades nominee should be selected as the Outstanding Senior.)
