Clearing storm damage (Feb/Mar 2019) on my property. Maybe 25 acres completed, 48 acres to go). This has been a great chance to reacquaint myself to my forest property under a two year time line (FSA cost share). Also great fun recruiting friends, extended family to help out (bond?) with the property.

Describe in more detail any volunteer activity that was particularly meaningful to you.:
On going storm damage clean up under FSA damage cost sharing grant. This has p[laced time pressure on me (always good) and served to reacquaint myself to my property. An added benefit, beyond the walking about the property, has been the opportunity to recruit friends and family to the project and hopefully continue the "bonding" as I continue on succession planning (execution). Lots of learning, lots of fun.
